Our condos are located in Terrace Ridge and Windsor Hills –  Brand new gated developments one in Davenport, just a mere 10 minutes drive to Walt Disney World.  Champions Gate is only 5 minutes away for all you golf fanatics and for the shopaholics among you – you can be at the nearest mall within 15 minutes.  We also have a fantastic townhome at the Reserve at Silver Creek.

Most developments boast a superb clubhouse, with game room, kitchen, fitness room,  wide screen TV and sumptuous sofas & chairs where you can relax and make friends.  All facilities are available exclusively to residents.

The privately owned units have been decorated to a high standard with all modern facilities available including:
