Ideally located on the exclusive Sandy Ridge development just south of Kissimmee, Orlando and only ten minutes from Walt Disney World, our comfortable and spacious villa is situated on a self-contained plot in a quiet road. The fully air-conditioned villa backs onto conservation woodland and is equipped with everything you would want for a wonderful family vacation.

The main lounge has a breakfast bar, dining table, sofa and wide-screen TV. From here sliding doors open out on to the pool and spa. There is also a separate dining room with additional seating leading to the fully-equipped open plan kitchen.

Two master bedrooms have en-suite facilities. Two further twin bedrooms share a bathroom and one of the two lounges has a sleeper sofa making the villa ideal for families of up to ten people.

Outside there is a covered lanai with a ceiling fan which is a great place for al fresco dining. This leads onto the extended deck and superb fully screened pool and spa which can be heated at an extra charge, if required (recommended between October and April). Table, chairs and sun loungers are provided. Our pool area is private, backing onto conservation woodland and being south facing enables you to enjoy the Florida sunshine all year round.

Universal Studios and International Drive are a further 10 minutes on from Disney World whilst at Sandy Ridge you are just ten minutes from all the restaurants on Highway 192, five minutes from superb golf courses and 4 minutes from the I-4 which will take you to the east and west to the gorgeous beaches of the Gulf or Atlantic coasts. Orlando International Airport is just 30 minutes away.

Nearby ChampionsGate Golf Club is home to two unique 18-hole championship golf courses designed  by accomplished architect and golfer, Greg Norman.   It is also the Headquarters of the Dave Leadbetter Golf Academy .
