This wonderfully appointed vacation home is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all of Central Florida's Attractions.

Located in the gated and guarded Windsor Hills Resort, the community features something for every family to enjoy while not at the parks.

The home is furnished to a high standard and features kids themed bedrooms, an amazing games room and a heatable private pool as well as an available BBQ for some outdoor grilling.

You'll also have the reassurance of knowing that we have a local management team to address any issues or answer any questions you may have.


This 4 bedroom home is perfect for your family vacation. Our home is located just minutes from Disney's entrance and
all of the major attractions.

Our lovely pool home has everything you will need for you and your guest to have a great experience. We replaced all of the furniture in
January 2013. We also added beauty rest mattresses to both of the king size beds. These will make sure you get a perfect nights rest. With
features like WiFi throughout the entire house, Plasma and LCD TV's, DVD Players, Cable T.V., Game room, Private Pool. Professionally Designed
rooms, your entire family will feel at home and have their most memorable vacation ever!



In February 2017, we updated the game room with a commercial air hockey table and a "Buzzer Beater" basketball game.

Our vacation villa has four bedrooms all with on suite bathrooms and is equipped with all the comforts of home. Why pay expensive hotel or
resort rates when you can have over 1800 sq. feet of beautiful living space a private outdoor pool and lanai area.

We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs, hand soaps, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc. are the guests responsibility. Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions about these items.

This home is located in the gated community of Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills is the best resort community near Disney World, and a short drive
to Sea World, Universal, Wet n Wild Waterpark, Beaches, Bush Gardens in Tampa, and all of the other Orlando area attractions!

The Windsor Hills Resort clubhouse features a huge gradual entry resort pool complete with water slide and hot tub. There are plenty of poolside
loungers for relaxing - listen to Caribbean style music while working on that perfect Florida tan. Windsor Hills Resort offers a variety of recreation & activities for all ages including children's
playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, putting green, 40-seat movie theater, video arcade and billiards.
