Glenbrook is on US 27 and just 1.5 miles north of Hwy 192 and its vast array of shoppes, restaurants and entertainment. Attractions such as The Walt Disney World Resort (8 miles) and Universal Studios Resort are all within 5 to 15 minutes drive of the villa. Major Shopping Malls are within 20 minutes and Supermarkets such as Publix & Wal-Mart all within 3-10 miles. Orlando International Airport is 40 minutes drive. Clubhouse has Internet access, movies, Pool, Tennis, Volleyball, Gym, and Games room. There is a Walgreen's at the entrance to the Glenbrook community.
Clubhouse access: Fitness Center, Games room, Volleyball court, Tennis court, Children's play area and a community Pool.
“ We kindly remind you that this is a self-catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs, hand soaps, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc. are the guests responsibility. Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions about these items. No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
Others:
** If you did not request pool/spa heat when placing your booking and would like to add this service, please contact us at least a week prior to your arrival, as most pools take up to 24-48 hours to heat from the time it is turned on.
If you arrive and wish to add this service, there is a USD 50.00 call out fee in addition to the daily pool/spa heat fees.
Electric pool heat is $30.00 per day plus tax. Pool/spa heat must be added for the duration of the stay.
Pool heat is set between 83°F and 86°F. We are unable to adjust this setting. If the temperature is in this range and it is not comfortable for you, the only option would be to turn the pool heat off. There are no refunds provided when this situation occurs.
Spa Heat — If the home has a spa, you must purchase pool heat for it to be warmed. The spa can only be heated by the pool heater. If you purchase pool heat, the spa can only be heated to 100, as the spa is not a hot tub.
Pool Heat and Extreme Low Outdoor Temperatures
All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F. This is a protective mechanism to prevent the pool pump from breaking by over exhausting to compensate for the cooler weather. In this case, the water temperature will indeed fall. Heat will automatically restart once the outside temperature reaches 50°F. Please note there are no refunds provided when this situation occurs. Pool/Spa heating is only available Oct 1 through April 30th.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property (including Vape). A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the smoking policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home. If a pet is in the home, the guests will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the pet policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.
Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
-Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. -Please be courteous and keep in mind, there are homeowners and tenants that reside on the property all year round.
-No parking on the grass nor blocking sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways.
-Place all household trash inside a trash bag in the provided container/trash bench before .
-DO NOT PLACE TRASH BAGS OR ANY BULK ITEMS ON THE CURB.
-No RV's/Trailer/Boats allowed HOUSE RULES
- Min booking age 25yrs for lead guest
- No loud noise after 10pm
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave
- No candles
- No smoking / No Vaping
- No pets
- No parties or events
- Check-in: After 4:00 p.m.
- Checkout: 10:00 a.m. sharp - (Guests must leave by the check-out time (10am sharp), as we have other guests arriving on the same day. Guests who do not check-out on time might be charged an additional fee, as there will be additional work for our team)
- Bagged Trash must be placed outside in bin and avoid excess trash, unwanted bugs, ants, etc. No loose trash
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
- Do not leave open or left over food out on counters, tables, patio, etc. .
You will receive your door code prior to your arrival date.
Trash Rules: All trash must be bagged in 13gal bags and placed in the trash bench or bin by for collection.

This property is located in a deed restricted community. All community rules, bylaws and regulations must be abided by.
