The minimum booking age for the lead guest is 25 years old. *** Pool & Spa Heat Information Pool/spa heat is available from October 1 through April 30: - Gas pool heat: $40/day + tax - 4-night consecutive minimum required Please request pool heat at least one week prior to arrival. Last-minute requests will incur an additional $50 call-out fee. Pool temperatures are maintained between 83°F–86°F, while spas can heat up to 100°F when pool heat is purchased. Please note that during periods of extreme cold (below 50°F), heaters may automatically shut off to protect equipment. Refunds are not provided for weather-related heating limitations. *** House Rules - No smoking or vaping inside the property - Violation fee: $350 + tax - No pets allowed - Unauthorized pets will result in removal from the property without refund and a $350 + tax cleaning fee ### Community Guidelines This home is located within a deed-restricted community.
